“Full” and “Student” registration: 

The registration fee includes: (i) 2-year membership fee in the IERASG, (ii) Attendance at scientific sessions, (iii) Program/Abstract Book, (iv) Coffee/refreshment breaks, (v) Continental breakfasts (vi) Lunches (vii) Welcome reception on Sunday evening, (viii) Tuesday afternoon excursion to the National Parl of Las Canadas del Teide, and (ix) Gala Dinner on Wednesday evening.

Student registration: 

The IERASG welcomes and actively encourages attendance and participation by students. To qualify for this special rate,  please provide (i)  information concerning your university and department, and your degree program, and (ii) send or bring to the on-site registration desk proof of your full-time student status (letter from supervisor or department head stating you are a full-time undergraduate or graduate student).

Accompanying persons fee includes: 

(i) Welcome reception on Sunday evening, (ii) Lunches, (iii) Tuesday afternoon excursion to the National Park of Las Canadas del Teide, and (iv) Gala Dinner on Wednesday evening. 

Payment of Fees

For registrations submitted by internet or fax, payment must be made by credit card (VISA or MasterCard).

If you elect to mail the registration form, you may include your payment, made out to IERASG 2003,  by:

• cheque (drawn on a Spanish bank)
• money order
• bank draft
• wire transfer (addressed to IERASG 2003 Secretariat, Caja Canarias, account #2065 0022 46 3000074356; attach a copy of the transaction to your registration form).

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If written cancellation is received by May 1, 2003, 75% of the paid fee will be refunded. No refund will be made for cancellations after May 1, 2003.
