Accomodation
Accommodations registration/reservation is separate from the meeting registration.
Group rates have been negotiated with two hotels, all of them located at a walking distance from the Conference Venue. Apartments for three, four, or more persons are available on request. Please print out the accomodation form and submit it by fax to the IERASG 2003 Secretariat .
After submission, attendants will receive a notification e-mail with a confirmation of the reservation.

MEETING DATES
The IERASG 2003 Biennial Symposium meets Sunday June 8 (early evening) to Thursday June 12 (ending approx. 1pm), 2003. Most delegates will wish to reserve accommodations for four nights (arrive Sunday, leave Thursday). A limited number of rooms are also available for nights preceding and following the meeting. Apartments are available on request.
