Call for Papers

If you want to contribute to the Congress programme, please submit an abstract by March 31, 2003. The abstract text should indicate the purpose of the study and the methods used, summarise the findings and give an interpretation of the results.  When submitting an abstract, please indicate whether you prefer an oral or poster presentation.  

Evaluation and publishing

Evaluation of abstracts and selection for oral or poster presentation will be made by the Scientific Committee of the Congress. Contributors will be informed about the acceptance of their abstract and type of presentation by April 30, 2003. Accepted abstracts will be published in the Congress web page on May 19, 2003. All abstracts will be published in the Abstract Book to be distributed during the congress.

Presenting authors may submit abstracts before paying registration fees. However, registration fees must be paid before formal acceptance and inclusion in abstract book. To be included in abstract book, fees should be received before the end of April.

Submission

Abstracts should be submitted to the organisers by filling in the following Abstract Submision Form. The presenting author will receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail.
