The Lago Martianez designed by famous Canarian artist Cesar Manrique, is a vast and beautiful collection of open air salted-water pools, built right on the edge of the town on reclaimed land to the sea. These various seawater pools forms an extraordinary spot for bathing and resting. Harmonising his architecture with the exotic vegetation of the volcanic coast Cesar Manrique created his most beautiful project.
