* Students (limited up to age 25 years old) must submit a letter from their head of department, tutor or alike -  verifying their status. It should be sent to the Magna Congresos the original should be sent to the registration office by regular mail or handed over at the time of registration on site. 

Delegated and Student Registration includes:

  • Admission to all scientific sessions.
  • Access to the exhibition area.
  • Conference programme.
  • Certificate of attendance.
  • Coffee breaks and lunches.
  • Welcome Reception on Sunday, June 21st.
  • Gala Dinner on Tuesday, June 23rd.

The 1 day fee registration includes:

  • Access to the exhibition area.
  • Conference lunch and coffee break.

Accompaying Persons' Programme

The Accompanying Persons' programme is intended for the husbands, wives, partners, friends and/or children of registered delegates.  With the exception of the Opening Ceremony  Accompanying Persons will not normally be admitted to conference sessions. The registration fee for accompanying persons includes:

  • Welcome Reception on Sunday, June 21st.
  • Gala Dinner on Tuesday, June 23rd.
  • Excursion to El Teide Volcano on Monday, June 22nd.
  • Visit to Loro Parque, June 23rd.

The Registration Form is to be sent either by fax to +34 922 670 188 or by e-mail as an attachment to info@efas2009.org

Pre-registration will be possible, until June12th, 2009. After that date do not send any registration form or payments, you will still have the opportunity to register on site.

Conference registration deadline for authors: April 30th, 2009.

PAYMENTS

Registrations will have to be accompanied by proof of payment:

  • credit card details (accepted cards: MASTER CARD / VISA)
  • or copy of the bank transfer (please note that bank charges will have to be cleared by the participant) in order to be processed.

All payments will have to be made in Euros (€).

CANCELLATION POLICY

Registration
If you cannot attend, your registration is transferable to another member of your organisation. Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Magna Congresos. Cancellation of registration will be accepted until March 31st, 2009, and the total amount will be refunded less a cancellation charge of  125 €.We regret that no refund can be made for any cancellation received after March 31st, 2009.
