Accommodation
Special hotel prices have been negotiate by the congress secretariat. In order to benefit of this prices the participant supposed to make the full payment before their arrivals. The deadline for hotel reservation is the June 10th, 2009. Hotel payment is separate from the meeting registration.
Please print out the accomodation form and submit it by fax or email to Magna Congresos. After submission, attendants will receive a notification e-mail with a confirmation of the reservation.

Prices apply to one night per room. Breakfast and taxes included.
MEETING DATES
The EFAS 2009 Congress meets Sunday June 21th (early evening) to Wednesday June 24th 2009 (ending approx. 18:30 pm). Most delegates will wish to reserve accommodations for four nights (arrive Sunday, leave Thursday). A limited number of rooms are also available for nights preceding the meeting for those interested in attend the Annual Convention of the Spanish Audiology Society (lectures will be in Spanish).

CANCELLATION POLICY
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Magna Congresos. Cancellation of any hotel reservation will be accepted until 10 June 2009. The hotel payment will be refunded less a cancellation charge of 60 €. We regret that the hotel payment cannot be refunded for any cancellation received after 10 June, 2009.
