CALL FOR ABSTRACTS
Original contributions on the conference themes will be accepted for oral or poster presentation. Abstract submission deadline: March 31st, 2009.
Language
The official language of the congress is English. All lectures and presentations will be held in English only. No translation is provided.
Evaluation and publishing
Evaluation of abstracts and selection for oral or poster presentation will be made by the Scientific Committee of the Congress. Contributors will be informed about the acceptance of their abstract and type of presentation before April 30th, 2009. Accepted abstracts will be published in the Congress web page before May 18th, 2009. All abstracts will be published in the Abstract Book to be distributed during the congress.
Presenting authors may submit abstracts before paying registration fees. Once the paper is accepted only register authors will be included in the scientific programme.
Conference registration deadline for authors: April 30th, 2009.
Submission
Abstracts should be submitted to the organisers electronically no later than March 31st, 2009 through the congress website through the following link:

The presenting author will receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail.
Notification of acceptance
Acceptance or rejection of the abstract and type of presentation (oral or poster) will be communicated to the e-mail address of the corresponding author by April 30th, 2009.
Editorial guidelines for the abstract submission
Abstract must be written in english.
Maximum 300 words (2000 characters including spaces but excluding the title and the authors names).
The abstract should state clearly the Background, Aims, Methods, Results and Conclusions of the study.
It is the autor's responsibility to submit a correct abstract. Any errors in spelling, grammar or scientific facts will be reproduced as typed by the author.
The corresponding author will receive all correspondence concerning the abstract and is responsible for informing the other authors of the status of the abstract.
